We do our best to make the pawn process as easy as possible.   Here are the basic steps involved in a pawn loan from Gem City Pawn & Loan.

1. Bring in an item of value to pawn​ & a valid ID
2. Say hi to Henry!
3. We research your item determine a value
4. You decide if you want to pawn or sell your item
5. If you decide to pawn, we take your item and give you a claim ticket and the cash value we agreed upon
6. At the end of the loan period you have three options
   • Option 1: You pay the loan back in full and we return the item to you
   • Option 2: You pay the interest and storage and we continue to hold the item until you can pay the loan back in full (usually at 30 day intervals)
   • Option 3: You keep the money and we sell the item in our retail shop
